Also give a comment of what you think of the Park. PS Sometimes the camera goes through a wall or object, I tried to work it away in Moviemaker. This is the best i could work it nicely away. Meanwhile, he heard that a World's Fair was being planned and he wanted to use this as an oppurtunity to test these new robotic figures. He got the sponsors of four big companies: Ford, General Electric, State of Illinois and Pepsi Cola. Here he created some of the most importatn attractions ever created for a theme park. He created The Magic Skyway (Ford), The Carrousel of Progress (General Electric), Great Moments with Mr. Lincoln (State of Illinois), and It's a Small World (Pepsi). Now, through this time machine, we will see these old attractions in their original state and see how truly sacared they are to the development to Disneyland. Full Wizarding World opening fireworks show - Harry Potter film stars light Hogwarts Castle

Most of the major stars from the Harry Potter movies helped light Hogwarts Castle in one of the opening ceremonies for The Wizarding World of Harry Potter in Universal's Islands of Adventure theme park. On stage were Michael Gambon (Albus Dumbledore), Tom Felton (Draco Malfoy), Matthew Lewis (Neville Longbottom), Daniel Radcliffe (Harry Potter), James and Oliver Phelps (Fred and George Weasley), Bonnie Wright (Ginny Weasley) and Rupert Grint (Ron Weasley). JK Rowling was also in attendance, but didn't make any public appearances. For the ceremony, Radcliffe and Grint arrived via flying car, while the others came on the Knight Bus that wheeled around the corner and parked in front of Hogwarts. The music for the show was performed by the Orlando Philharmonic, led by John Williams. Views from Grouse Mountain - Vancouver, Canada.

Grouse Mountain and the Skyride are probably some of the most popular attractions with tourists. The locals use the mountain for skiing and other outdoor activities while tourists like myself just go up to get some great views of the city. Grouse Mountain is one of tree mountains close to downtown where you can go to ski. You can even walk up if you care to. It's about a tree kilometer walk with an elevation gain of about 900 meters - so not an easy walk at all. I spoke to an older man who had walked up in just over an hour - he did so about 30 times a year. There's a competition held every year and you have to be faster than about 20-25 minutes to beat the record :) The views from up here are pretty sweet. The weather in April is fairly hazy but I think it was well worth the trip up - 8 minutes on the Skyride. HD version available at Vimeo.com: www.vimeo.com

It seems the world was fascinated with what was going on there...and the Unisphere, along with the other attractions, was amazing. My mom and aunt went, many moons before I was born, but they said it was fantastic.

Redondo Beach Pier

California's coastal piers are one of the state's most popular attractions. Hi, I'm VH with CTT and today we're going to check out Redondo Beach Pier. The earliest pier in Redondo Beach dates back to 1889, but the unique V-shaped construction you'll find today debuted in 1916 as one of the most unique piers along the coast. The current pier was reconstructed in 1996 with many historical similarities to the past. Along the horseshoe-shaped Pier, you'll find plenty of specialty shops and great restaurants, including Kincaids Bayhouse and the historic Old Tony's, which offer beautiful sunset views of the coast. The pier is also the spot to pick up some fresh saltwater taffy, buy an oyster pearl, check out a shark exhibit, or take a 25-cent look at the coast. A fishing license is not required while fishing off California's public piers, but all other regulations apply. Just watch out for the hungry pelicans, who wait anxiously for fresh fish to fly up on the boardwalk. While you're on the pier, check out the tribute to George Freeth, the first surfer in the United States. Freeth helped Henry Huntington build the largest saltwater plunge in the world here in 1907. Below the pier you'll find the International Boardwalk, a marina that boasts live music, several seaside boutiques, and the Redondo Beach Fun Factory, where kids can play arcade games or ride the Tilt A Whirl.
